I took health insurance policy form Royal sunderam in Aug 2013. The policy no. is GL00015536. I was hospitalized on date 22nd Dec 2013 and I have cash less card which is provided by royal sunderam. They told me your clam is declined, kindly pay the hospital & go for claim directly.
The head will send the documents with claim form to you but I have not received any confirmation from the company. I also tried to contact the customer care but they told me they will call me back. But nobody called me. Finally, in Feb 14, 2014 after strong follow up, they told me that your claim is rejected by our team
I am helpless as I don't have funds to recover my loss. Please help me.
