Some agent from Royal Sundaram called to let me know about their new mediclaim policy. I was very irritated with these people because I got 2 calls in a day from the same company, so I asked this guy if they had a DNC option.
Before I could speak any further, he HUNG UP ON ME. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. If this is the way you people behave when I am not your customer, I wonder what would be the plight of your current customer's.
I really pity them. If you people want customer's to stay with you, Please train your front line staff to handle customer's and their queries appropriately.
If they have to hang up on customer's then I guess you don't need to these people, you might as well hire roadside beggars. At least this will help our country to kill unemployment.
