I have a car insurance with royal sundaram that I renewed .After my renewal cheque being credited, I got a notice saying that there would be additional premium and additional cost of Rs 3000 for any claim this year.
The company is not reliable and what has happened with me is pure cheating, my agent LANDMARK INSURANCE is also very complacent.
Every time I call a helpline I have been asked to contact someone else. My recommendation is to stay away from any product of Royal Sundaram as what happened with me leaves me helpless, my premium amount stuck and my insurance also not in my hands.
