Royal Sundaram, is the worst insurance company. Never there policy they deduct even the towing expense and would trick you to pay half amount.
They will make the claims as two for a single accident. and over above will ask you to pay for remaining scratch. The manager will hang up on you or avoid your calls if want to explain the accident. They would even never respond when the car is lying untouched for several weeks for repair approval.
