Like I said in my review of the itch guard, the persons can get the itchy skins by the two ways. one is by the friction of skins on skins, which can be cured with the itch guard. the other is when you get the itchy skins because of the fungus which is called the rings or the ringworms. as the fungus feeds on your skins it grows bigger and bigger. as the fungus grows it spreads on the skins as a circular ring which has the normal or rashy skins in the middle. on the edges the skins is lifted up and looks red and ugly. some people call it ring worm because it looks like there is a worm inside the skins forming a circle, but dont worry there is no worm. there are many ways by which you can get the ringworms.

you can get the fungal infections by touching the person's skins who already has the rings. also do not get in touch with dirty water, and stay away from dark and damp places where the fungus grows. sometimes the public toilets are the breeding grounds for the many types of bacteria which can cause you to have the painful scratchy rings.

here are somethings you can do to prevent the rings:

  1. wash your clothes every day especially if you live in the hot and humid countries or cities.

  2. avoid going into dirty water, like naalas. wash your hands often, especially after using a public toilet.

  3. keep cool by using talcum powder.

  4. take the baths everyday, if it is hot then take the cold water baths. the baths kill the bacteria which causes the many skin problems. the ringworm is more serious than the simple skin rashes so it is best if you visit your doctor before doing anything.

he may ask you to use a cream called the ring guard which can give you a lot of pain releif from the rings. to use the cream is simple. first carefully wash the ring on the skins. then squeeze the ring guard cream and gently apply on the infection with the clean fingers of your hands. if the rings is in a place you can not touch then ask someone from your friends, or family to do it for you. when you finish wash your hands and let the ring guard do its magics. do not take it internally as it is only the creams. and whatever you do do not scratch. if you scratch you will make the ring worse and bigger. it will only pain you more. once you apply the ring guard you will feel better. the itching and the scratching feeling will definitely reduce. and after a week the ring will go away.

my friend had the rings and he found a lot of betterment when he used the ring guard. he had lots of nice things to say about it. so I would highly recommend the ring guard product to all my friends, families and well wishers.

keep up the clean ringless skins.
