There are many hill stations in Indian, all are very sceinic, but if you are traveler, must travel once uknown place also much beautiful, like Champhai - situated in Mizoram.
Go with two three friends - not alone.
This place is really very nice also locals here call this small hill station - Champhai as Rice bowl of Mizoram.
There is far around 21 kilo meters near by Burma - a lake 0 Rih Dil Lake.
Must and Must come here if visiting Champhai.
To go there, the way - roads are better than Mussorries, not cool weather but good and clear climate.
Many small local shops at roadside selling their style Sweaters.
Taxi transport easily available. At end there is check post, main thing the whole way very neat and clean, than at last you enter the area of Lake. Very neat and clean and there are many small cottages to live beside lake - cottages of wood or also simple ones. Trees, and Lake surrounded by green hills. very clear water. Few Birds you can watch. Come here and enjoy beautiful weekend with friends, relax. Can do boating also, safe not very much forest.
The main thing that I shocked is this is tourist spot but very neat and clean. Really great place to enjoy weekend.
Must visit here, peaceful and scenic
