Subscribed for Rightchoice online on Jan17th and the transaction status was FAILED. Got a call from Rightchoice stating that the previous transaction was FAILED and they asked me to Re-Do the transaction, So I did carry out transaction on 29th jan and it was successful. My Credit card statement reflected the Failed transaction as PASSED and when contacted the bank I was told that RIGHTCHOICE has claimed the amount on very next for the said transaction number. But rightchoice is denying any such claim.


When I insisted they said they will check with finance team and get back. Its almost a month and there is no response to mails. When I contact on phone I get reply stating that its will be resolved in 2-3 days. later  I started receiving two copies of Feb and March. When I checked with Rightchoice Customer support they said they are checking with FInance team for transaction status and they say that there is no two active subscription on same Address. If So I am not sure why I am receiving two copies for each month. Case Id 3429605.(This is for Rightchoice to understand issue more better).
