Have subscribed to Magazine since it started as I like the content very much.During renewal, many a times customer care executive called me .Every time, I raised my concerns about why such bad treatment to loyal customer and they say they will refer to seniors and get back to me. Again a call for renewal, same question and same answer. Seems senior management was too busy in replying one simple question.
Once a Sony pendrive is offered and second year a bluetooth speaker both worth more than 1500 plus. However, no such benefit is offered to existing customer. Every year, surprisingly found that the new members were offered much more benefit than the existing one and when raise my concerned, the customer care bluntly replied that it is at the discretion of the management.
So finally decided to subscribe a fresh and got the welcome letter also. After that, no magazine was delivered neither the free gifts. Every time you write to customer care, a automated reply is received. At time, they say, the magazine is send using speed post . Now I have asked for details of delivery of my subscription and free gift. Hope someday someone will response. With online features, though I had access to all the articles, I seldom found hard copy of magazine on my desk.
I am so fond of the content that now I have arranged a copy from UK through a friend but local management in India seems to be least bother about loyal customers.Must acknowledge the promoters initiative for a fabulous contents and attempt for unbiased information but the local management is disaster when it comes to customer care and logistics
When it started, it was a unique experience to find an unbiased contents and someone conducting research to find out actual worth of the product. Right choice itself was a great product by itself but the company seems to fail in handling the operations and logistics. Was very optimistic about the fact that after reader digest, this will be the best entry in India by any foreign magazine but I have my fear that if such attitude is continued by the management. what is the future ahead for customers.
