  1. Please read positive reviews on here and other sites like glass door as well, how genuine these reviews seem to you? The actuality is the mgmt is very anxious about clients and they are in hunt of clients and employees and getting none, asked marketing team to boost & the brute marketing team is posting the fake reviews.

unethical business stratagy:


• Management will seldom or never come before client, and will ask to some one to say that the PM is on other call, always avoiding client meeting


• To win a project promising an impractical deadline, and aking the team to do, "quality doesnot matter, just rush, and give attactive look and feel, the client won't put effort to realize how you coded the software, when I said quality is not required you should not miss deadline".


Job Security:


"Job Security" and "Rigel" these two word are in very contrast.


"I have very secured job in the Rigel" is a biggest paradox.


In last GanadorA Cricket tournament CEO proudly called five people out and said we recently recruited these five Managers and these are like five pillars of the Rigel as nine gems of an empire Akbar.


• Marketing Manager


• Project Manager


• Sales Manager


• Call-center operation Manager


• HR Manager


Since before 10 – June – 2016(within 3 months of the announcement) 4 of them were disappeared - Terminated/Absconding/Resigned.


Any of the 3 cases Terminated/Absconding/Resigned in above context puts a huge “?” mark, isn’t it.




  1. If a manager level profile Absconded within 3-4 month of joining what does it mean?




  2. If a manager level profile Resigned within 3-4 month of joining what does it mean?




  3. If a manager level profile Terminated within 3-4 month of joining what does it mean?






If it would have been a case of once in blue moon everyone could have understood, but 4 out of 5= 80% .?


Out of those who exits Rigel,


40% – Resigns(You have to return all the appraisal amount back),


30% – Absconds(without salary/doc)(why people absconds is the question, not salary or doc)


30% – Termination(mostly without salary)


Salary Security


• You will get minimum 50%, and maximum 70% of salary.


• Skipping salary or avoiding salary is the famous trade here.


• If anything steals, no matter you are involved or not, your salary will be deducted.




  1. Ex. At the time before last Diwali, a laptop was disappeared and all the SANA staff was penalized good amount and the festival of Diwali was disturbed, some people says such conspiracy is not new here.




• Due to any reason if client charge penalty to the Co. there is no loss of the co. as it has to deduct from employees salary, mostly even client don’t charge they will pretend and deduct the salary.


• Rest assured if you are getting salary it won't be less than 50% by the same time don’t get excited as it would be hardly more than 70%.


• All of us got annual appraisal 2 months late, unreasonably.


Believe or not


• Around 40% of the staff is relatives of Boss so don’t expect any kind of freedom here, if you are away more than 10 min boss will be informed.


• Almost, on every other week you will get mail for change in policy, mostly it would have the addition of half-day salary deduction rule, however, don’t get the co. wrong here as it is not because of their wicked mind but they are still not sure about the policy.


• On your birthday you will get just a mail from HR staff and that’s it and Boss’s birthday will be celebrated from employee’s money.


• Events are celebrated from employees money they will ask you to pay for the event(for uniform and like) and participating to the event is compulsory otherwise they has nothing but the weapon of salary deduction for 4days+ sandwich.


• Treacherous Sandwich Rule: Sandwich rule says that if your absence encloses any holiday then it should apply, here the rule is treacherous as they wanna deduct your money they will apply anyhow.




  1. Ex. As per rule if you absent on Friday and Monday then it will be considered as you are absent for 4 days, but if you are absent only on either of Friday or Monday Sat-Sun will not be counted and hence you will be considered as absent for just a single day.




  2. Here to take advantage even if you are absent on either Friday or Monday the rule will apply to consider you absent for 3 days.






• 6-months probation and mostly will be extended 3 to 4 more months under any excuse so probation would be 9-10 months. Within probation, you will not get any sick leave or casual leave.


There are many things but it’s enough to wise and even a realization would be less to fool.
