Rigel Networks has no integrity and Moral values. Review on Rigel Networks

HI all, I'm sharing my experience with you all. What has been happened and what is the company all about(Rigel Networks Vadodara). I don't want to use any Profanity, Because using Profanity to this company is no use. This company itself is a Profanity.

These are some features of this company.

1) A company without rules and integrity.

2) Completely filled up with the policies which make no sense and you cannot make out the head or tail of it. And policies are such which they can change or Mould in their way.

3) Company has 3 partners but mainly 2 people(Nischal & bairav patel) you ill find doing all the things. Apart from this people no one has any powers to do so. HR Name sake, Accounts Name sake, Ops Name sake.So on

4)Leave policies: they have categorized Pre and Post approval.

For ex: if u take a leave for 1 day, by informing a day earlier. still they will consider has post approval. That means for 1 day of leave. your pay will be deducted for 2 days. like so on.

5) Net Net its not a company to join, if your working for any MNC's . even if they offer you the double the package what u getting.

6) And about the 3 H.R's(Mittal, Roshni and pawan) of the company.They are Manipulators, cheaters and bluff masters. I say they are Trained Fraudsters.

7) coming to Pay. They deduct your pay like anything. they always look for reasons to deduct your money.

IT's a Sick company with the sick people and the Sick Mentality. There are many things about this company if I go on writing it than we can write a book on it.

I WILL PROVIDE YOU THE PROOFS WHAT THEY PAID ME AND WHAT THEY OFFERED ME AND WHAT REASONS AND DEDUCTIONS THEY SHOWED. THEY KEPT THEIR INTEGRITY ON STAKE.
