A close friend to one of our relatives who referred us, but our experience was beyond horrible at Richfeel. At Richfeel, they pluck one of your existing hair from its root, to do a stupid hair analysis (a way for them to contact you again in future to sell more of their products or discuss about surgery). As a hair loss patient, they forced us into the OPPOSITE of what we came in for! Next, they told us basic details about diet that we already knew from a simple Google search. In fact, they even missed a few items from the commonly available list. They knows barely little about any of the options or advanced procedures. They only discusses basic rote information that he shares with every patient, but as an educated patient, we could see right through them, as they unaware of even basic advances in hair science. They claims that the most expensive surgery option (where they can make the most money), is where you get the most graft survival. Apart from their ridiculously poor knowledge on basic hair issues, they even lacks common courtesy. In spite of the fact that we were referred to them by one of best friends(and still being charged the same consultation fees as any walk-in customer - I want to clarify we weren't paying them less), they had the audacity to pick up MULTIPLE phone calls while consulting with me to plan for his picnic and his property! We had a lot of questions that he completely side-tracked to force us into surgery, and also yet pushed the idea that a surgery may need follow-up surgeries as well (so that he could keep milking us for more money). They even tried to sell us non-FDA approved medicines. Most of their medicines have always been ineffective and other reviewers have complained in detail about them as well after wasting years behind their expensive treatments so we weren’t going to fall in that trap.
They still use 1980's technology and scant knowledge that they have from the age they graduated in! The only reason they are still in business is because consumers are not well educated and well researched. I spent 2 hours of my life to help other people from being duped by writing this detailed review. I IMPLORE each of you to leave detailed reviews about them, about the scams they are conducting through their centers and the false information they are spreading. Your reviews will make a difference and force Richfeel to shut shop eventually. Stop your friends and relatives from visiting them. Spread the word about horrible doctors and force them out of business. Being the first trichologists in India they thieved millions into deceitful medicines and ineffective treatments in a way that they keep coming back to them. It’s time for people to rise up and separate the good doctors from the horrible ones!
Also, a final note, RichFeel to conduct "free" therapy days wherein their hook customers into coming in for more treatments and surgeries through this duping technique. Make sure, you tell your friends not to fall into these tactics as well.
