Worst experience with Richfeel Vasant Vihar, right from the doctor to down the line team everyone seems to be uneducated, unprofessional. When I visited for the first time they plucked several hair strands for some test later after 2 weeks they gave me a call and asked me to come up for the consultation as they have got the reports:
After I visited the clinic they said that there is a problem with the server and they couldn't take out the report, when I questioned them why this wasn't informed while making an appointment they had nothing to say, later doctor mentioned that she will send the report over the email and will call to explain the same its been a week no mail received from them.
I had an appointment for TST which they forcefully took after making several calls to me but when I reached they said it won't be possible today since we are sort of manpower.
I bought hair products worth INR 8500/-(approx) before making the purchase I specifically asked will I get the bill they mention "yes" after purchase they mentioned there is problem with the system and they can't generate the bill and assured that it will be sent to me via mail which isn't received till date.(it's been a month now).
On an average I receive 3-4 promotional mail from richfeel on a daily basis, but I never received the mail which is actually required and I was assured for.I must say its a fraud and total waste of money. Unprofessional doctors & there team makes u feel like they people are deaf & dumb.
