Richfeel Hair Clinic-The biggest Open Burglar & Looter, A Hi-tech Cheater and Fraud Clinic:
My friend had severe hair fall and so he decided to go to Richfeel Hair Clinic in Bangalore as my another friend who already went to Dr.Batras Clinic for hair fall treatment gave negative feedback about it saying he spent thousands of rupees only to increase the hair fall further more. I accompanied my friend to Richfeel clinic. There he was taken to a doctor and doctor posed him some common questions(even a general practitioner will do it) and he took some nearly 10 hair samples from different areas on his head saying those will be sent to Mumbai for hair tests to find out the nature of his hair and to know the exact problem for his hair fall so that the right and finest treatment can be given to him and asked him to fill a form containing some casual questions regarding to his hair fall. Then doctor told that my friend needs to visit the clinic for at least once r twice every month to undergo some TST sittings, Hair Therapy etc. blah.blahh.sittings and treatments . After finishing all those formalities the so called doctor asked him to come after 10 days so that they will get the reports of his Hair Tests from Mumbai.
Now the real drama started opening up their surprise packages one by one. The first surprise, at reception they charged some 400rs as a consultation fee saying that they are giving huge discount where the original cost is Rs.1000.(Most of the time around the year u can see in their site, that they are giving a huge discount on consultation fee. Now the consultation fee is increased to nearly Rs.3700 by adding some unwanted crappy things on their own but giving a huge concession of nearly 90% and charging just Rs.495 trying to show how kind they are towards society. Really an appreciative generous act? in spite of loosing huge amount on each patient). The second unimaginable surprise and lucky bumper offer, They said that they have started a new Treatment for hairfall and its called Anagrow and its actual cost is Rs.1 Lakh( it’s true .Really 1 lakh…On hearing it we felt tremors underneath and felt like falling unconscious). But those highly intelligent people have grasped our feelings so quickly and brought us to conscious revealing the real surprise with a cute and naughty smile on their faces, saying that as an introductory offer they are charging only Rs.45, 000 and that offer ends up only on that particular day(Again touched the hearts . . since forget about hundreds.loosing Rs.55, 000 on each patient is really un imaginable and how lucky my friend is to grab that exciting offer that too which ends on the same day?. Again u can see the same offer in their site giving 50% of discount on it round the year and I don’t have words how to praise their charity and humanity. I really don’t understand how they are able to survive in spite of giving huge discounts(50%) and concessions(90%) to thousands of people all the year. I truly pray they won’t run into a situation of shutting down their clinics due to the huge losses they incur by these huge concessions and making a big gap in the lives of many people which can be unfilled?. I heartfully request the people to donate liberally to Richfeel Clinics and become a part in helping the people by preventing Richfeel from shutting down who are doing a major social service by giving unmatchable discounts and concessions to the people with ever seen humanity thus bringing smiles on the people’s faces and lightening their lives). They said as it was an introductory offer, it must be done in single payment and my friend said that he doesn’t have that much money and will pay after 10 days when he comes to collect the reports. They replied that they cant help him as the offer ends by that day and so he was emotionally forced to pay the money using his creditcard. Then even without any reports r initial analysis of his hair they sold him some shampoos, oils, pills for a month course for more than Rs.2500. We were surprised how they were able to prescribe those medicines, shampoos etc even without getting reports r without any initial checkups. U can see them giving the same products to all the people who ever visit their clinics and whatever the reason might be for the hair fall. They don’t even change a single medicine r shampoo etc to any person. And here comes the last surprise, normally when we go to some big shopping malls like Big Bazaar, Brand Factory etc we hear them saying in speakers, that surprise offers are given on particular brands which lasts for just 1 r 2 hrs and try to grab those offers quickly. Similarly a surprise offer was offered to my friend in the last minute after paying the amount for Anagrow saying that he will be given a free TST sitting which was part of the offer for the people who pay the amount for Anagorw treatment on that day and surprisingly that offer too ends on the same day and said that he was lucky in grabbing it. Don’t know why all the offers last only on the same day when u visit them?. Already drowned by the showers of their kind gestures in giving concessions and huge discounts and thinking about his luck as said by them, he walked silently behind them to the TST sitting room doubting what more surprises he need to come across yet and without knowledge of the biggest surprise yet to come. And here comes the biggest surprise, On coming out from there, his head was little red in color and when asked about it he said they combed his head with some instruments which made his head feel prick and pain. They claimed that it helps in fast re growth of hair. His head pricked for 2 more hours. They successfully minted nearly Rs.50, 000 from him on his very first visit. When asked about Anagrow medicine, they said it will be given after 2 months r so after completing some TST and other sittings and until then daily he need to use the other pills, shampoos, oils etc . They also boasted that we can notice the new hair growing within 3 months of the treatment and the treatment lasts for 1 year and his head will be with full of hair by the end of treatment?.
After 10 days we went to the clinic to collect the reports and he was sent to another doctor and he explained about the reports trying to show case as if he did some PHD on those reports. There were some microscopic photo graphs in the reports with different angles of the hair samples and I learnt from my friend that he did not say anything new from what the earlier doctor said.
The funniest thing happened there was, we noticed the reception people saying the same story what we were told like they are giving huge discount on the new treatment called Anagrow and also a special offer of one free TST sitting will be given by it and ironically that offer ends on the same day and those people were lucky to visit the clinic on the same day. We just felt like laughing loudly at those highly skilled effective management people.
He started using the shampoos, medicines etc whatever given and he attended the Hair Therapy sittings regularly and it did not show any improvement in the hair fall. Forget about new hair, he started loosing the existing hair more in number than earlier. Whenever he complained about it, they say that its normal with many and it takes time. Every time he goes to tst sitting he comes out with red and pricking head which lasts for at least 2 hrs. I doubt whether there are any scientific approvals for those sittings and medicines as instead of reducing the hair fall, increases it further. Why does a patient need to go through a lot of pain when it is non-surgical treatment and when it’s not working to any of the people. After 2 months r so they gave him Anagrow medicine and asked him to apply daily on the head along with the other medicines, shampoos, oils etc. They gave a small roller and Anagrow in very small sized bottles(a little bigger size than normal eye drop bottles) where we need to apply some drops of it daily on the different areas of the head and roll the hair by the roller given by them in order to spread it to all over the head. He did the same and nothing helped him and the hair fall became worse. The amount paid for Anagrow was onetime payment and he got those Anagrow bottles each month without paying any extra money again and again for Anagrow. But apart from it every month he needed to buy the other pills, shampoos, oils etc for thousands of rupees where even a single item of it was not changed from those which were taken during his first visit. Every month they gave him the same pills, shampoos, oils etc whatever the condition is. And for each sitting he had to pay some money. Also they said that along with TST and other Hair Therapy sittings, they were giving Anagrow sitting too in order to increase the hair growth fast and as he already paid money for Anagrow, there was no need for him to pay money again for it(At least a slight relief in this case?). Even after 4-5 months his hair fall did not stop and his scalp became clearly visible due to high hair fall and whenever he complained about it, they said him that they can see the new hair sprouting from the scalp and with in no time they grow to normal one(I don’t know whether those Richfeel people have special maginifying eyes since only they can see the new hair coming where others cant). Though he did not believe their words, he went to the clinic with some hope as he already paid the money. He was tired and fed up with those highly skillful management people. He lost nearly 1Lakh of rupees for their idiotic treatment and crap medicines, shampoos etc in a span of 1 year loosing more hair and nearly became bald. Still those money minters tried to fool my friend saying some lame stories for not getting the hair and tried to loot him again by trying to prolong the treatment. He blasted at them and walked out helplessly as 1 lakh is not a small amount to anyone. They neither felt sorry nor showed any remark r expression in their face as I think it is a routine for them and got their money for their best acting skills.
The one thing what really pricking my head is, what is the necessity of taking the hair samples and send them to Mumbai for testing when they are giving the same medicines, shampoos, oils etc.and TST sittings, Hair Therapy and their highly boasting all time great medicine Anagrow to everyone who visits them, irrespective of whatever the cause may be for the hair fall and without considering those results any more. What is the need to meet the doctor as he has nothing to do with any one of it? I request the Richfeel management to remove those so called doctors so that the Richfeel management can save their valuable money and also ours as u charge that from the people and also u can save our precious time from meeting those blunt doctors as u r giving the same medicines and treatment to everyone. And I request u to stop acting and fooling people saying the hair must be sent for tests and blah.blahh.blahhh as it is of no use and where it is not even considered in ur treatment procedures.
Later from Internet I came to know that any one irrespective of doctors(even a beautician) can do this trichology as this is related to cosmetology except the one who works as a hair transplant surgeon(Even this can be done by qualified nurses who underwent trainings in Hair Transplantation). A doctor in Hyderabad who started a clinic for Hair And Skin Related problems did masters in sociology and in no way it is related to science. Later she did some courses related to cosmetology and started a clinic on her own. Richfeel itself is offering some diploma kind of courses on trichology and the maximum duration of it is 3 months and I think the people who finish these diploma courses in the Richfeel institutes come and sit as doctors as their only work at clinic is to speak some nice words and say the same mugged up story what they learnt in their diploma courses to all the patients and take 10 r so hair samples for so called tests and pack them and act at their best to prove themselves as doctors.
That’s the only work what they do at Richfeel trying to act like researchers in the trichology department. In such type of hospitals everyone will be ready with their own cooked stories and are highly skilled experts in managing the people whatever the situation is and I guess this management is a part of their diploma courses. Even the doctors get changed for every visit and don’t know what they understand the patient problem when the doctor did not meet the patient in his earlier visits. There are many clinics like Batras, Positive Homeopathy, Backsons, Kaya Skin Clinic etc where a chain of hospitals are opened and u don’t meet the same doctor in each visit. Even this same poor guy lost nearly Rs.40, 000 at Kaya Skin Clinic for some skin problem and only to find the results horrible. Only lucky people may meet some experienced doctors in such chain hospitals and get good medication. I know a man who joined as a doctor in Positive Homepathy for 15, 000rs of monthly salary and they have some software which prescribes the medicines according to the symptoms said by the patient. If he is really good in treating patients, what is the necessity to join Positive Homeopathy for just Rs.15000 per month. Even a normal RMP doctor can earn it on his own. They make u pay some thousands of rupees for 6 months r 1 year at a time and give those system prescribed medicines. If u r lucky u may meet some experienced doctor who has good knowledge and u can get good medicines, otherwise u become a scapegoat. U are trapped and forced into a situation where u must use the medicines for complete year r stop going to them forgetting about the money u paid to them, as there is no way to get ur money back from them once paid. So try to visit a clinic where there is only a particular doctor so that he can understand ur situation from time to time and though u pay money in lump sum, he feels responsible as the money is with him and u can easily ask for a refund of the remaining if not satisfied, unlike the above clinics where no one knows where the money goes incase to get a refund.
Earlier I registered in the Richfeel site subscribing for newsletters as they said they will frequently mail useful info regarding to hair fall. Recently I received a mail from its internet team(as said by them), that if I take an appointment of Richfeel thorugh internet, I would get it with a heavy concession for Rs.495 where the original cost is Rs.3695 and also along with that this internet team guy will share very precious piece of information for absolutely free of cost(some 50 r 100 tips.dont remember exactly as deleted the mail as soon as I read it)which he got from the famous doctor at Richfeel by drilling that doctor for more than 2 hrs and he said that no one will get r give such valuable information and even the doctor as the doctor can’t spend more than 2hrs with each patient. He offered me under the lucky scheme as I am receiving their mails from a very long time and I am reading all those mails with high patience(I don’t know how he knows and himself decided that I am really reading those mails) and he will not share that with anyone else except with me. I wonder what gain he gets if I go to Richfeel for which he discloses such highly precious information and that too only to me. Don’t know how many surprises they will have in their kitty to fool the people and I really wonder from where they get all these ridiculous offers. They better concentrate on the exact treatment instead of coming up with idiotic lucky scheme and surprising offer concepts. They r just scumbags and will try to woo with new plans and offers all the time to just loot the people for their unworthy crap treatment. Even in their site they have put the same offer and lucky scheme.
Justifying its name, Richfeel, it makes us feel rich by making us spend more money for their crappy rich treatment instead of making our hair feel rich. The only people who feel rich by these Richfeel clinics are Dr.Apoorva Shah and Dr.Sonal Shah, the founders of this chain of clinics and these come up with best offers and wooing new products from time to time to stay in lime light. I doubt the scientific authenticity and approval of those falthoo and nonsense medicines, products and treatments and I don’t know why government is not concerned and acting against such fraud chain of clinics. The miserable thing is, Dr.Mukesh Batra, CEO of Dr.Batras Hsopitals, was felicitated with Padmashri in 2012 for looting the peoples money openly and no doubt a day comes where we see these so called India’s first trichologists Apoorva Shah and Sonal Shah receiving padma awards for minting the people money like leeches by rubbing their unethical products and treatments on people.
I request the people not to get wooed by the bogus offers, discounts, products and treatments as shown in their web sites as it’s a waste of ur valuable time and money and it’s the only thing such chain of clinics can do at their best to attract the people.
Forgot to mention about the most important thing, the medication given by them. U can see most of the products like pills, shampoos, oils etc given for hair fall by them are made using Saw Palmetto. Saw Palmetto is a herb. Earlier I heard that Saw Palmetto is useful in reducing the hair fall. Also I heard that even taking a lot of coffee reduces hair fall. But I don’t know the exact truth in them. Most of the people commonly know that Almonds(Badam) are useful in hair growth. So does that mean taking the almonds more in quantity daily in different forms like applying almond oils to head, Soaking the almonds for over a night and taking them in the early morning, using shampoos made of almond extracts, taking badam milk, badam powder etc help in getting hair to everyone? Definitely no.

They have clearly mentioned that there is no sufficient evidence that this Saw Palmetto increases the hair growth. Let u still assume that it works fine for a very few people and what about others. Normally if we get fever we take Paracetamol as a basic medicine and if we don’t find any relief even after 1 r 2 days, we use other antibiotic medicines to cure it. So, let think that those medicines which are made of Saw Palmetto given by Richfeel are given as a basic medicines to everyone. Then even after 1 r 2 months when they don’t find any improvement in the patient hair growth, they must change the medication if they r really best doctors. Why do they give the same medicine till the end of the treatment without a single change? And these medications are not even approved by any organization except by the self claimed India’s first and best trichologists, Dr.Apoorva Shah and Dr.Sonal Shah, the wife & husband duo and the legendary founders of these clincs.
PS: The other friend who went to Batras clinic is very happy and is on cloud9 as he lost only thousands of rupees compared to this poor guy:) .Really the true luckiest.
