Perhaps one of the best eyeliners on the market under $10.00. It's even better than the more expensive brands like Chanel, Clinique or MAC. The genius of High Dimension eyeliner is in it's endurance. Case point: I applied the liner at 8:00 am & by 8:00 pm, I still didn't need to reapply at all. With most other eyeliners you need to reapply every 2 to 3 hours to maintain the look.
I have two shades that I use depending on what the occasion calls for. One is Steel Flash(a luminous, subtle grey.Think of Karisma K in 'Fiza') and the other is Black Flash (jet black. Very 'Sonali Bendre')Steel Flash is more flattering for me & it can adjust to any kind of light, whether indoor or out & it doesn't make me look like an owl. At night, if I'm going somewhere special, I'll add Black Flash on the outer rims & thats it. The only downfall of High Dimension is that it's so good that when you actually have to remove it, you have to use vaseline or baby oil w/ kleenex, Q-Tips. The size is fairly small. It's a skinny stick as oppose to a fat crayon. It fits neatly into my fake Fendi purse so when I have to go to the powder room, then I'm armed. Oh, before I forget, you need to use the Revlon sharpener with it because any other brand will BREAK your cool pencil. I've seen the pitfalls of using a different brand of sharpener only to find my favorite eyepencil dwindle down to a toothpick.
