I bought this mascara for my brother's wedding, and as this was a one time investment, I ensured it was good.

So this mascara has two parts. One is the primmer (the white part). The other is the mascara part. The primmer helps elongate your lashes and gives a more voluminous look. Also it protects the lashes from the mascara.
