HI All, beware of these creepy people, they are all just liers and irresponsible agency and people working their.i am writing up this review here after being harassed for about 3 months by this agency.i have booked Renault Kwid RXT with airbags bronze color in the month of September the Shruthisharma person who made my booking is Mr. Chetan working under team Leader Mr. Vikas.when I booked my vehicle they told me that the car will be delivered maximum by end of October. The Vehicle was supposed to be delivered by the end week of October but no delivery then by 1st week of November, but still their is no delivery of the Vehicle and they are not even bothering to inform me the status of the Vehicle.i am calling them daily for the vehicle update but every-time the receptionist says vikas sir is in meeting and when I call up vikas he generally dont bother to take the calls.if by chance he takes the call he will hang up the phone saying I will get back to you in just 5-10 mins but I never got his call back, they just suck, they dont have any working ethics, don't care about their customers, dont have manners how to talk, they will take you and your queries for granted.they are the worst dealers in the city, they are making damage the Renault.BEWARE of these people.if by mistake you choose to book a vehicle with them they will keep you hanging.Learn how to run business Stay on your commitments .i am really very frustrated with them .My experience with them is worst and I am stuck also but if anyone want to book any of the Renault vehicle please dont go to them Find other dealers else they will keep you hanging .If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
