Dear Team,
I had booked Renault Kwid last year and had to cancel the booking due to travel reasons. I went directly to the showroom to mention that I would be canceling the order. I was introduced to Mr. Vijay and he promised me the advance amount which has been paid by me will be returned(with cancellation charges) in a week. I mailed him the details on the same day!
This happened on 9th Dec 2016 . Its 9th Feb 2017 today . I have been mailing the team( Sales OMR ) and as usual no response . I tried calling Vijay, and every time we speak he promises the check will be send in a week and there will be no response after that, and today even after repeated calling the call was not attended and even there was no return call .
I would like to remind you I was your customer, just because I had to cancel my order the team should not show lackluster behavior to previous customers. and the worst part is when you don't respond to the mails and calls. It would be really helpful if any from Renault Omr - Perungudi - Chennai could help me in this issue.
