I used remit2india for transfer of money to india in Oct 2008. I was promised 2 gold coins for the transfer. When my father (Beneficiary of the coin) did not get the gold coin i emailed remit2india and i was informed that they have couriered the gold coins and tracing through the courier company it said they did not find my fathers address(where as nobody contacted my father-Likely nexus between Remit2inida and courier company) .I emailed again saying they need send the gold coins again. They stopped answering my emails.

It is 7 months down the line i have not yet recieved the gold coins.

I have done atleast 7-8 emails and 3 phone calls. and atleast 3 relationship manageres have taken personal responsibility for getting me my gold coins but nobody gets back.

If you email info@remit2india nobody takes responsibility.

I am planning to take them to court in inida as a matter of prinicipal

Please DONT GER FOOLED WITH THE BLOODY RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS WHO PROMISE SKY AND DONT DELIVER.

PLEASE DONT GET FOOLED .

I will not leave remit2india untill i get justice and they should not get customers for granted.

Hard lessons learnt . I am now using bank transfer even though less rates dont Lie
