I read these reviews and ignored it and now paying for it. In their website they say ACH Transfer is easy as 1 2 3 and within couple days everything will be alright. Liars.
I had to setup my bank a/c and it took almost 5 days for them to debit /credit the a/c and even though I got the fraction of dollars in my bank their web site did not have verify like. Kept saying "Under Verification".
I sent 2 transactions and trying to verify the a/c they blocked it and in their website I only see "Contact Us" after logging. But the debit for one transaction from my bank. I cannot even "status track" for any of them. They are such a stupid people blocking all the content accessing by the user for simple stupid reason that they are not able to contact me.
I almost called 6 times within 2 days and every CR a story. One person said that "we need to verify whether you are the one transacting it, so we will call you in 5 min". That 5 min still happening. Another said, "hang up you will receive call in 2 hrs." Another ’We are forwarding to another dept" Bull shit. They suck big time.

Their website asks "What is your corridar" everytime. After logging in, a page to display "you are logged in". Are you guys in 21st century or is it 1st website design in the world? Come On.

They promise with 4-5 bus. days. Now I almost 5 days and they didn’t even take my money out of bank for 2nd transaction. They have no clue what they are doing. The contact number they given in their website keep playing a music and I hate that music whenever I hear it. Bunch of morons who sit there do nothing there and promising something that they cannot do. 8th anniversary, ya! go ahead and celebrate.
