Never use this service. My money took 20 days to reach india. They took 2 weeks for my account to get verified. The staff is the most poor staff I ever seen. They have no clue about their service especially the person named Rohan, Mahad, Sudesh, Janavi (Janet), siraaj and immature people. I have talked to almost everyone now thats why I know their names. The database they use is really crappy since they have no idea about when and what the problem is. They kept money with them for a week, and probably they must have used it for some bank investment or must have earned some money due to change in exchange rates.tTheir system atleast takes 2 days to read you email and another two days to repsond your problem. I strongly suggest all of you not to use this service. I will recommend you to use ICICI money2india.
