Stay away from Remit2India

"Remit2India was good at the beginning." Now please stay safe.....

I initiated a transfer of $10,000. and since I was transferring such huge amount they promised me to give a better rate.In fact, they promised whatever rate is displayed on the website will be the exchange rate.

The rate they actually gave me was much less then what ICICI would give and apart from that they have gave me a different rate which was not listed in the website.I was closely observing the rates for couples of day and what I discovered is that they accumulate daily transactions and before they convert the money they update a lower rate (which is lower that ICICI or any other) in the website to divert customers.

Seriously they are big cheaters, first their representatives will call you and bug you and the moment you will initiate the transfer and you will not be able to get hold of them.we need to send so many mails and if they called you back ,they will say "if there is any descripencies we will get back to you or I/we will get back to you soon." which does not happen at all.

I would strongly recommend not to use REMIT2INDIA. If you want your money to be safe and good rate ICICI is somewhat better thanRemit2India at least.

I am a victim of Remit2India.I have initiated around 12 transactions with good amount of money last year.I am repenting now. I have lost lots of money.... I don’t recommend anything ,decision is yours.
