horrible service,
I transfered money once for jus checking out the service. Then I got a call from the representative saying that they are offering a spl deal. I transfered the amount, fortunately,
the price of the dollar started rising from that day. after a week, I get money to my NRE account. I got the price of 10 cents less than the day I initiated the transfer.
I tried calling the customer care and got no explanation.
Then I decided not to use the service at all.
worst of the experience is that once in a while I will get a call from a guy in remit 2 india saying that he overlooks my account and asks me if I want to transfer any money. and now, I got an automated call. Its a advertisement. I am so pissed off, it wastes my time and my mobile minutes.
I had to call the representative and ask me to put on "Do not call" list.
I hope this ends.
