Guys - I am user of this for last 1 year. I never tried anything more than 1001 USD at a time. The rate finally transferred is OK and I was quite satisfied(As I used to get + or - 20 Paise than the quoted rate).

Recently I am getting call every alternate days from some customer care executive to transfer money. I blindly turned down. On bad occasion I agree to transfer more money to get better exchange rate. Thats it.. I got trapped and exchange got is atleast less than 40 paise promised . My sincere advice is never try larger amounts in this site. Try only smaller amounts less than 1500 Dollars

I think they are looting only on large transactions. After that if I want to transfer 2000 USD I will transfer as 1001 and 1001 twice. To me exchange rate is OK than other sites but be careful on not sending huge sum of money

Never ever believe gold rush, Introductory Offers and Friend introduction.. Also never buy gifts in the site.. Never get linked to Window2india offers. I am sure you will end up in wasting time in asking the offers promised and will not achieve anything fruitful. If you want just transfer less amount and close the browser.

Recent Issues-

My Exchange Rate - This seems catchy by words but there is nothing real in it. This is perfect trap for us. I had quoted 49.50 and tried this option. This is trivial. This means you will get exchange rate on 3rd business day from where the money you quoted is breached.  Rupee appreciated recently and finally I got some 47.XX and for that I had paid service charge. Finally I got close to 47.03 rupee(For quoting 49.50 in My exchange rate). So dont go by catchy words and if you want to transact still do it in normal ACH

Gold rush - They will send some code and nothing will happen. It will never be accepted in window2india website. We have to keep sending emails for activation. In the meantime window2india will have the order placed and you cant cancel the order. Loop goes on. Emails - No responses and so on. But never PAY using your CC. Not sure whether we will be able to redeem the Gift vouchers quoted or just forfeit. But just dont pay anything. I am still waging this war
