My broadband internet was down all of a sudden and when I called the dumbest people on earth, the call center people of Reliance Wi-Max broad band people. They said, I have used my credit and my bill is Rs.9000. I should pay at least 5000 to avoid disconnection. I wanted internet at ’ANY COST’ so I paid 5K thinking I can settle things when the bills came.

Those morons have charged me 7500 for some 2 hours and I am sure it is well password protected and its just a false bill. I fought with whos who. Wrote email to Anil Ambani also and wrote to CEO’s office. I got call from CEO’s office that they will look into the matter and next I see is that my connection was removed in spite of paying 7500.

Reliance always cheats. Once they kept saying they did not receive any payments and kept cancelling my account. While I paid them thrice through my credit card. They said they will adjust in 3 months but imagine the interest and fee I paid on credit card

if you have an option I recommend Airtel or BSNL. Go for this if you are living in a jungle where other two cant reach you.
