i am from hyderbad.
why should we go for wimax.
1. instant connectivity.
2. no disruptions due to rain, cutting of wires
etc.
3. speed
4. good service.
but reliance wimax doesnt provide any of these.
1. no guarantee of connectivity.
u just dont when will it connect.
the customer department has one ready answer to answer ur problem regarding connectivity ’upgradation’.each time u have any problem with the connectivity, this is the most common answer.
2. can u believe water is leaking through wire.
3. speed is not guaranteed on wimax.
4. procedure of complaint
1st day : give complaint and take request number. they will promise to call u within 1 hour but they will call next day.
2nd day : they will call and complaint is confirmed.
3rd day : they wil forward it to technical deparment.
4th day : the technical department will call u fior details of problem
5th day : they will attend the problem.
if any one of the above steps is missed u complaint may not be attended or they put it as problem solved without even attending it.
