Guys I took Reliance Wimax connection at 31st July, 2008.
First day it work out fine but from second day it became a nightmare to
me. I lodged my complaint on 3rd Aug, they said somebody would
call me
up which never happened. I again called them at 9th, same I got another
fresh complaint no but no resolution. Third time on 11th I called up
asking about first two complaints, the CCE gave shock of my life, he
said previous one has been closed as I was happy with the service and
somebody spoke to me. But in reality I didnt get any call from them
then how they got to know ki im satisfied.
This doesnt stops here, I again called them at 14th, answer was system
is down all over the country, I agreed. But when I enquire that if ur
system was working fine on 12th & 13th then why my connection didnt
work, she said she can talk about present things only, so better forgot
about past...at most she informed me that system is down.....she could
not lodge another complaint and asked me to call up in next 3-4
hours........what the f**k.
I again called back after 6 hours, CCE said Sorry system is down.
Again called yesterday, system was down, today morning called up... system was down.
WHAT THE F*CK !!! everytime system is down
I dont know what kind of service they are providing. Their tech-support to totally on Ram-bharose
I would strongly suggest them to shut down their shop as i am seeing here, almost 90% customer is totally unhappy with them.
I even thought of MTNL finally, but the biggest prob with them is waiting-list
They r asking me to wait for around 3 months..... TECHNO-SHITTY things always comes to the MTNL
Concluding, never ever take reliance wimax, u wont get anything but pain thoughout.
Now its over, i am going to sue them in consumer court in next 5 days.
See, problem has been this much worst...... just think ten times before
you get into this mess.
