Friends, I’m using relaince wimax for the past 4 months. Initially i was with 150 kbps unlimted offer.
Right from the begining the serivce was pathetic.

Reliance outsources the installation to contractors. These assholes doesn’t know anything and just fix the antena, install , do some pre-programmed configurations and go.

Fist i faced problem with my POE box was not working, then my internet was not working, then the speed was very slow. In the span of 3 months i have registered almost some 40 complaints without any solution.

Then i upgraded to 2mbps speed plan, the matters become worst from bad.
I was not getting 2 mbps not even close to 1 mbps and i was getting speeds between 20 kbps - 80 kbps.

I have registered 22 complaints so for and no one has isolated the problem. They close the case saying the problem is fixed without even giving me a call.

I bet that no one in Reliance is trained technically, all are assholes. No one own the responsibility to solve the problem. They sent some local outsource engineers and he doesn’t know anything.

The sever team from Mumbai will call me daily and ask  if the problem is solved, but thet dont know what to do next. I have sent enough emails to relaince as well as trai, but no use.

Now one can imagine how the relaince Ambani’s became rich, by cheating people like this.

Never ever in your life go for Realince wimax. These guys are unproffesional to the core

Its more than 1 month and my slow speed problem is not solved yet.

These reliance buggers should be stripped of their licenses.
