I used thereliance number for 3 to 4 yrs paying average bill of 2 to 3000 rs ,i lost my mobile n i choosed to terminate as i was going abroad but reliance offered me100% waived off on all the safe custody charges but as usual reliance lied and cheated they keep sending bills for safe custody charges for @ 7 months again i called up cstomer care and requested to terminate again same false promises were made ...bt again reliance did the same ...reliance lied finally i had to take in written from them that my number is terminated......i have thrown t money on there face whatever the bills was due in terms of cheating in the name of safe custody....what else i did....all the post /pre paid numbers in my business group...family and friends are being terminated and my score is rising ...i think best i can answer reliance by stop using the service ...offered by reliance...
