Reliance has been deducting money from its prepaid customers by starting sms service without the concurrence of the customer and deducting the charges without informing the customer.
This is
nothing short of organised large scale robbery by a mobile operator.
When you inquire with them they promise to lodge a complaint and return the money, but seldom do so.
How do you control this kind of daylight robbers? I have been robbed twice.

Reliance returned the money once and started the same service again without informing thereby deducting the charges without our permission.Do we as customers have any control over our prepaid account and our money?

I had read TRAI was issuing some rules in this regard. Was TRAI sleeping all this while the network is fleecing us?

Imagine receiving sms which we have not asked for and also paying for it. We have no say absolutely in the matter as we are prepaid customers and have paid in advance for the recharge.

I want this sort of arm twisting to be stopped immediately
