a corporate number registered under my company’s name since the time the same has been in use i.e from 2004. When i visited their webworld to make the payment of the bill last week I was shocked to know that the contact person for the said number is somebody else with whom we have no relations whatsoever & when this was informed the executive was rude & arrogant to resolve the matter & instead put the onus on to me saying that I have given the wrong information at the time of procuring the same which is very very surprising. This was pointed out thru the mail to their customer care for which i recieved a reply wherein they asked me file an affidavit from the court with an application for change in name which is very very surprising, as this information was not provided by us and we thru your channel would like to put on record that we shall not be responsible for any act carried out by the above unknown person on our behalf and they should rectify the same immediately failing which we shall be compelled to take necessary action as deemed fit as per law.
