The sim cost is Rs.25/- They are also offering free 900 rupees talk time and free night usage for 3 months (Reliance to Reliance)

i this is not fair on part of Reliance that while announcing sim cost of 25/- the dealers are charging 45/-.

i recently bought gsm sim of reliance. after few days my sim was deactivated for no reason.
and network is jammed after 9 Pm...

impossible to make a call even in its own network...

i am not able to talk to its customer service...

it says all line are busy...

Even if you have the best phone and if the signal is full, even then you cannot hear other person’s voice. :-))))

Andon top of all this, the customer service of reliance is pathetic. Theircustomer service reps don’t know minimum basics of english and donthave any courtesy and decency towards the customers.

when i contacted its near by web world,they told me to go head office,which is very far from my place...
so i urge all of u guys out there, never ever take the services of reliance communication...
it sucks big time...
