i believe the customers will now be having a fair knowledge of the sapna of Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani.
i mean launching this kind of a product was never expected fro such a reputed company. i have a real life experience with this product and it is not up to the mark as it is shown by commercials. talking about the Sehwag ad, i will say it is a bakwass ad because in this ad they r trying to exploit the sentiments of indian customers keeping aside the real characteristics of the product. They are just showing us one side of the coin i mean a few benefits. but largely the Reliance India Mobile has failed to deliver.

the main defect of the product is that it gets heated after operating it foe a few minutes which is just not acceptable.
Second, the customer is made to get trapped in a three year agrement so that he can not discard the service but Indian people have got the way out by bouncing the cheques.
the very concept of their DAEs was not fool proof. The DAEs felt cheated after the launch of the service.
the service quality is very poor. Reliance to cell call is not easily connected.
