This has happened with me few days back, when i did a bad decision of buying something from RELIANCE DIGITAL. I had always experienced

best of customer service from stores, and this was the first time i bought something from reliance digital in shipra mall, ghaziabad.

To tell u in short, these ppl just want your money .....................and to sell their products they can go to any limit from lying to cheating.

We were told that the home theatre we are planing to buy has got all the features which philips has and there are no differences.We got a sony one , and after installations we found hell lot of things that were missing , there was no eqalizer funation, all the spaekers wont work while TV is connected etc etc ..BUT we were told that all these features are present in the product we bought.
Also, u try their numbers, these ppl never pick up the call.

we finally managed to call them on the 7th day of our purchase, and the custoner service agent told us that we can exchange the sony with philips the next day.We asked him that we can come today also , BUT HE SAID THAT ITS OK IF WE GO THE NEXT DAY.

when we packed up everything in the box, spending 3 hours, the next day we went, THE customer service lady who was very very rude and harsh told us that it cannot be exchanged.She said that her decision is final and the person who told us to come for exchange is not authorized.

All this crap was cooked up ..........................................and let me tell u if u really wanna suffer after buying a product ..u can go to reliance digital.

Please dont mistake their service when they show u the product..they just want your money , once u buy the product, they will make u call them 10 times even for installations ..nd they will never come ..

Reliance digital ..is a place i will never recommend any1 to go to ...............
