I have purchased one  laptop from Reliance Digital ,Bangalore and as per the advice from the customer care/Reliance Finance person, I opted a finance scheme against ICICI Credit card with Zero Interest and only a processing fee of 2% of the principle amount.(As per the execuitive,This offer exclusively for ICIC Bank Card for Reliance Digital,)


But Really shocked after getting the statement from the Bank ,they charged 20% interest rate and processing fee of 2%.

 As per the information from ICICI customer care person ,they are not providing any interest free loan for Reliance customers,and this only an indirect ay of cheating/mileading the peoples to buy the product.


So dont buy anything from Reliance with zero percent interest loan. REAL CHEATING


This is my  request to all never rely on Reliance.Can be cheated at any time any where.

the same bitter experiance in same or in other way happened for many of my friends from the same agency
