This is specific to Reliance Digital at Hyderabad - Banjara Hills. The store looks good, has a wide range of products but the sales’
staff needs to be trained. Pretty ignorant about product features and the staff needs to be trained on basic etiquettes and salesmanship too.
I bought a product on April 13th, and even after 1 week, I’m waiting for it to be installed and functional. From the sales man - to the vendor - to the store manager - to the sales head --everybody has the same attitude and response for you.
Professionalism is far away from this consumer store. The store manager hails form the old school of thought saying that since the customer has not bought the entire shop, and only purchased one product, he/she does not deserve service.
They desperately need lessons on after sales service and professionalism. In today’s era where the stress is on professionalism and time management, Reliance Digital is an appropriate example of the opposite. It exemplifies utmost devastating scope.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELF ACCLAIMED AND HOPELESSLY POMPOUS STORE.
