its been more than a month now since I’ve got reliance broad net and so far touch wood I’ve had a good experience , i stay in kandarpada , dahisar west ( mumbai )

let me comment on the isp support first

i called reliance for help around twice and both times the technicians were very helpful and did not give me the run around , the first time i called was to get the connection set up right and the second time i called when i wasn’t able to connect to the internet and both times my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction

    How has the ISP performance been so far

so far as a mentioned earlier touch wood I’ve had a good experience

I’ve taken the plan 600 kbps unlimited and with regards to speed and connectivity i’m a satisfied customer

i have read a lot of the reviews here about Reliance Broadnet
and i know that many wont agree with my review but I’ve had a good experience so far and i wish to keep having a good experience and so i’m sharing my view about Reliance Broadnet
