Reliance Broadband has got one of the most arrogant and rude management of all ISP’s in INDIA. They never bother to attend to your problems

and the customer service ends with your registration of complaints with customer service and taking a token number. If ever you try to reach the higher management with grievances through emails they will never acknowledge receipt of it. Any phone calls to the management staff will show them as if they are not aware of any existing service issues or they will act ignorant of any problems. Mr. R. Rengarajan – Regional Head Pune is one such moron who conveniently ignores customer’s plights. Mr. Krishna Surendran – who is supposed to be their Country Head is no better than anyone on this matter.  We, who were with Gateway systems Pune earlier, had no option but to continue with Reliance Broadband after they took over the business of Gateway Systems. Gateway Systems was one of the BEST ISP’s in India who were giving assured uptime of 99.99% through their last mile RF connectivity. We were lucky to have enjoyed such high quality service from a dedicated company like Gateway Systems for customer service and support for around 4 years in Pune. Today we regret the standards followed by the monolith RELIANCE BROADBAND and suffer.
