I was promised a speed of 2.1 MbPS, I was getting a speed of 0.06 MbPS consistently for 4-5 months. I was on customer care for most part of my weekends. I was told the servers were being upgraded(for 3 months) they did not know when the upgrade work would finish!
I asked not to be invoiced, they said according to the policy, even if the connection was established at 0.06 MBpS you still get invoiced?
