This is the same expereince I have experienced with the RE LIE AND C. They need money money money money thats it. For everything money but what about the service. You wont get even a pennies worth of service from them.
Never Reli on Reliance u better and go and deliver the mail because you wont be able to deliver it thorugh reliance internet.
And the call center is the worst, they don't know what they are talking about because they changed their jobs so fast for pay and perks. They just know few pleasing words and the rest are all "rawalpindy express" bouncers and that too no no balls, all are counted when they throw at you.
They have several chains they refer to superiors who are even worse. Let their call center be like railway enquiry so that we can physically see them and catch hold of them as they give us so many stories and references which are meaningless on phone.We are not here for their hierarchy inspection but for our work to be done. Lets move every complaint to consumer grievance cells.
Let there be a Gandhi in us who shook the foreign country like South African but we can't even do it here in our home land.
