I feel this review is:
I bought 3 year ago life insurance plan of reliance and I pay premium in advance annually on January 10 th of each year .recently I paid 5340 inr on 10 January 2017 but I did not receive receipt of premium .due to pay tax and get deduction in 80(c) it require slip of premium and I not receive yet the slip of premium .i contact their staff and a person whose name is vikas ask me all details and then after 15 minute he say I transfer your call to senior level again here someone name renu again ask all details it half hour and she say ok sir we register your complain and our complain department contact you within 48 hours but I not get any call from them .it very frustrating and after many try they send me slip they make this all thing very complex really very bad service of them.
