Reliance netconnect has the worst customer suppot and technical team.
When I shifted to gurgaon, I found it expensive comparing to my previous service which was only 500 instead 800 in reliance. The persone who comes first to install was very ride, behaved like the owner of the company. The router which was provided was used and very dirty, which was later changed.
I had so much difficulty with services as it got disconnect frequently. When I file any complain the technical team itself close the ticket without resolving my issue. And the do not compansate if the service is disconnected. They do componsate if service is disconnected for more than 48 hours. When you call them after 48 hours they will say that the issue was resolved and you need to file a fresh issue which will take another 48 hours, and if it cant be resolved they will close the ticket stating that issue was resoved from our technical team which will never happen for next few days.
