I feel this review is:
They have migrated from 3g to 4G and told us to buy new dongle and before buying new dongle they informed 3G tariff will be applicable for 4G as well. Now they are telling it has been revised and no communication either in mail or phone. When we ask their customer service disconnects the call. Very bad service and no policy. very poor customer service. When they were migrating they have not provided the service and told us to make the payment for the same.
