I went to the shop to buy reliance data card pre-paid and the sales men at reliance web world told that only post-paid is available. He sold me post-paid. it worked will in the first few months and first pages shows the data balance and validity and once the available data is over in the prescribed plan. They wont show that your balance us over ad you will able to use it without any issue an thinking that you are using the available balance. They will charge you hefty amount for this in your bill. For me they had charged Rs. 1000 extra when my data balance for Rs 500/over. Then I moved to pre paid plan and I had faced lots of issue to move to pre-paid plan . They even didn’t moved it even after paid the bill on time and made me to wait for one month to move to pre-paid. I had visited the reliance web world 5 times move to pre -paid. Reliance service for 3 G is not good because of higher cost and poor customer service. The equipment provided is also not good quality. They are having lots of hassle like main balance, core balance, data balance. Core balance we can do only through special recharge at shops. They won’t show the balance in your computer unless until you call to customer care or need to login your id. When the data balance is over they will start deducting from the core balance and then your net will be fully down and you need to go to shop and recharge for data and core balance. Their customer service is worst, they wont respond to your calls when the net is not working and simply tell that technical issue so they cant able to check the account data. When you recharges for Rs 500, it will work with high seed for 7 days and then the speed will be lower and it wont work after two weeks and finally .we need to wait the service to resume from the provider end. So the first one week, you will like reliance with high speed and then it is not useful. The speed is very poor in rural area . The data card equipment is not good quality and the service centres are third party and they are not that great. We need to go directly and approach them for services. The reliance web world never help you in servicing the equipment.


They need to improve seed in the rural areas and also need to avoid cutting core balance when data balance is over. Or they could given an option to charge at online which is now available only in shops. In addition, they can keep us informed about data balance and validity which helps customer to charge to avoid disconnection and loss of main and core balance.
