COMPLETELY CONNED. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

I took reliance dongle. For me there were no network issues. Connectivity and speed was good. I started of with an unlimited plan for Rs.999/- and with taxes I used to pay Rs.1150/- promptly and I used to get 24GB. Suddenly there was a call from customer care and asked me to immediately upgrade to 4G and threatened me that there will be no more 3G connectivity and almost forced me to buy 4G wipod. Then I asked them again and again about the plan and the amount of data I get. They repeatedly assured me that there would be no change in either money I need to pay or the data I get. Once I purchased the wipod the very next month they told me that I have to pay Rs. 700/- for 3GB data. I really didn't understand what they were speaking initially. But very soon I realized that I am conned by the great reliance network. I immediately cancelled my subscription and said good bye to them forever.
