Hi dudes, I am using reliance sim for last 8 years. I have a lot of contacts out there in reliance sim. I have given that reliance no to banks, gas, school, friends and relation tooo. I have purchased that sim in covai.now I am in thanjavur district. Since 7 months I have a problem in that number. Network is worst. Otherthing in my village no reliance cards and ec. For that ec I have to come thanjavur around 25km. For last 6 months I have complained 3 times in reliance customer care.i hate this network and customer care. First time in the month of march I have complained that my balance is getting low, if I recharge 50rs also, suddenly its getting disappeared. They said some vas is activated. I didnt activated anything, plz refund the amount.they said ok. In april, 3rd week again I complained I could not recharge my mobile. Whenever I recharge they cut the amount.even I cant call also. If I have to msg for my gas I have to recharge after sending msg it wont be. They said my number is not in file. It may be temperorynumber. So plz connect with aadhar.i said ok. Because if I want to port the number also I have to send the message.it wont be response. Then in the month of july I call upon the customer care, I said I want to change the network.plz help me. They ask me why? I said from past 6 months. They said ur number is not visible, may be a temperory number. I ask what should I do?they are saying now u have to go to the shop where did u purchase this sim. Its very horrible, because its in coimbatore am in thanjavur. Even I send my friend to ask that shop in covai, that shop was closed last 2 years. Now, I am calling RELIANCE customer care theyare nor connecting my cal.
Its so terrible and I dont like. This bills and charges also so high.
Dont use the reliance network because ambani fells and enjoyng with jio. He forgets abour the reliance network.
