I feel this review is:
I am using reliance services from 16 years and I got shocked this month, reliance has changed my plan from 321 to 399 without asking me and charged one month advanced for the same in current bill without communicating me that too under monthly rental and when I called they said it's deposit amount. If its deposit amount then why they charged under current rental? I wrote 2 - 4 mails to their customer care email. there is no response. they have multiple customer care email . I have tried all. finally when today I called them they told me above story and trying to convince me they have offered me better plan analyzing my history if it is true they should have contacted me before changing it and charging me wrongly without my knowledge!
