I am using Reliance 3g from almost 2 years and till now its the best 3g available in the market so far in terms of rates as well as network .
I use this in Delhi and get an amazing speed of around 2-3 mbbs which is greater than any other 3g available here and if we talk about the rates I get 1 gb in just Rs196/- : -) amazing it is.Idea charges Rs 299/- for just 1 gb
So according to me its a must have 3g if any one looking to buy a 3g network here in Delhi : ) fully satisfied
