I had some 600 rs balance in my reliance prepaid, but for some reason they were deducted overnight .
After hours of hit and trial I landed on to speak with a customer care executive .
Who was a total dumb, when asked about the deduction and on top of it he placed my call on hold assuring that he will be back in some time .
I finally disconnected the call after 45 minutes of hold. HOW can a common man TOLERATE such non sense, it was such a pathetic experience that I changed my mobile operator then , which was very obvious too. SAD!
