I would like to give my review on reliance mobile operator. As we know reliance have so much name in our country but the service provided by them are not as like brand name they have in some regions . The following points are here which I would like to shared with you while using such operator services
Network coverage:
As reliance have big name but not provide network coverage up to all regions like hilly and slopy and even some time in congested areas of metropolitan cities, call get disconnected in basement of mall or apartments which are so irritating.
Charging and billing:
As like earlier charging and billing of this operator is not so much transparent, without intimation the tariff changed and even not know the hidden charges while billing that make annoyed person and even old age person not know exact charges.
Customer support:
customer support is also not too cooperative much and even not know exact technical issues resolution and sometime gave wrong information about plans .
