I am going to write my review about the Reliance mobile operator. We all know Reliance is a very old and trusted Telecom brand if India and owned by an Indian. But this operator has vast numbers problems. I have been using this operator since my 1st ever phone. In that time everything was okay but slowly it decreasing all it's reputation.
Reliance has 3g network all over India but what about 2g? Simple answer is they totally removed their 2g service from India that's why most of the time it causes network issue. While talking to someone the voice get cracked, sometimes the call get disconnected automatically.In my phone the sim slot always shows roaming network. Reliance should be aware of these things because in India everybody has not the capability to use 3g handset with 3g sim.
Customer service is slightly better than network. They always assist you in your need.
Their plans are a little expensive than other operators. Plans rate should be nominal because it will suit everyone's pocket. They never take any hidden charge. Only plans are of higher rates.
Moreover the operator is good but need improvement.
